Reading Kazakh Society

 

Kazakh Society in Reading was established in 2009 by students from Kazakhstan studying in Reading.  
 
Kazakhstan is one of the rapidly developing countries which is home for more than 130 ethnic groups.  
 
As young representatives of our country, we consider the introduction of Kazakhstan to different people abroad, as our main responsibility. 
 
Our main aims are: 
 
- To unite students from Kazakhstan studying in Reading; 
 
- To establish strong communication with Kazakh Societies from other cities/towns; 
 
- To organize various social and cultural events to raise awareness of Kazakh culture and traditions among students.
