venue to the bigger one. We are now pleased to announce that we
are no longer experiencing difficulties with availability of

Kairat Kelimbetov is an exceptional person in many respects. A highly successful politician, he dedicates much of his time improving Kazakhstan’s economical and financial positions. In 1993 he graduated from the Calculating Mathematics and Cybernetics Faculty of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. From August 2002 Mr. Kelimbetov had served as a Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2008 he became Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since October 2008 he is Chief Executive Officer of the Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. He is also a Member of Political Bureau of the National Democratic Party “Nur-Otan” and the author of numerous scientific publications.
